Before signing any agreement, I'll take exterior and interior photos, measure each room, and check other features of your home. I'll ask about improvements you may have made over the years and listen to your thoughts and concerns.

This information will be used to create a customized marketing plan, including a schedule of marketing activities, eg. print materials, advertising information, and promotional materials about the Open House program.

Once you list with Weichert, the marketing plan will help you to achieve a timely sale at the best possible price.
